What if my desired item is sold out?
Our Fashion and Cabaret collections are limited editions and won’t be restocked – so don’t wait too long!
The Selection, Modern Highlights, Shirts & Briefs, and Basic lines are part of our ongoing assortment and are regularly restocked.

💸 Vouchers & Discount Codes

How do I redeem a voucher or discount code?

  1. Add your products to the shopping cart.
  2. Below the product overview, you'll find the field "Enter discount code".
  3. Enter the code, confirm – the discount will be applied automatically.

✏️ Order Changes

Can I change my order afterwards?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll be happy to help.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

How long can I return items?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed.

How does the return process work?

  • Fill out the return form and include it in your package.
  • For returns from Germany, a free return label is included.
  • For returns from abroad, please ensure sufficient postage – we cannot accept cash-on-delivery packages.

When is a return excluded?

  • After the 14-day return period
  • If the item has been worn or washed
  • If hangtags or sewn-in labels have been removed

Can I exchange an item?
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or variant.

How long does delivery take?
Normally, your order will arrive within 2–4 business days (within Germany).
For international deliveries, times may vary depending on the country.
