General Terms and Conditions of Sassa Mode GmbH for Consumers

(as of 13 June 2014)

§1 – Scope

The following provisions, in addition to statutory regulations, govern the contractual relationship between Sassa Mode GmbH and you as the customer. Conflicting terms and conditions from the customer are not recognized unless explicitly agreed to by Sassa Mode GmbH. Deviating agreements must be made in writing.

§2 – Offer

Our product offerings and their essential features can be found in our current product catalogs or on the product pages of our website. Once our product catalogs or online offerings are updated, all previous offers become void.

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer in the sense of §§ 145ff BGB. All offers in our webshop are merely a non-binding invitation for you to submit a purchase offer.

Our products are fashion items and are therefore often only available in limited quantities. Until we accept your order, the following applies: All product offers are valid only while stocks last. For items with particularly limited availability, we reserve the right to limit purchases to typical household quantities. We also reserve the right to offer you a product of equivalent quality and price in the event of changes in color and design, printing errors, or technical improvements. If an item is no longer available, we reserve the right to reject your order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments already made.

§3 – Contracting Party, Ordering, and Formation of Contract

Your contractual partner is:

Sassa Mode GmbH

The contract is concluded when you submit a purchase offer and Sassa Mode GmbH accepts it.

You can submit your purchase offer after registering on our website (www.sassa.eu) by completing and submitting the online order form. (For information on how to recognize and correct input errors before submitting your order, see §4.)

Your order will be confirmed electronically immediately after submission.

We accept your order by shipping the goods, provided the items are available (see §2 Para. 3). If Sassa Mode GmbH cannot accept your offer, you will be informed promptly, and any payments already made will be refunded.

§4 – Online Order Process, Identifying and Correcting Input Errors

After adding your desired items to the cart, you can access your order overview by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the website. Here, you can adjust quantities or remove items.

In the next step, you'll be asked to provide your shipping address and choose a shipping method. Both can be adjusted at this stage.

After that, you’ll enter your billing address and preferred payment method. These details can also be modified. You will receive all legally required information.

Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions and Consumer Protection Notice, you proceed to the final step. You will see a complete overview of your selected items, total price, and all delivery and payment information. Please review everything carefully for any mistakes. To correct data, use the "Edit" button next to the relevant section.

If all information is correct, click the "Buy" button to complete your order.

§5 – Delivery, Prices, and Shipping Costs

The prices and shipping costs applicable at the time of your order are those listed in our current catalogs or on the product pages of our website.

All prices are final prices and include all applicable taxes.

§6 – Payment / Payment Default

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)

  • PayPal

  • Klarna (see §7 – Payment in cooperation with Klarna)

The purchase price and any applicable shipping/packaging costs must be paid in full before delivery. If the customer falls into payment arrears, we will charge the legally applicable default interest. We reserve the right to claim any higher damages caused by delay.

§7 – Payment in Cooperation with Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Invoice: Payment due 14 days from shipment. Full invoice terms are available for Germany and Austria.

  • Instalment Purchase: Klarna offers flexible or fixed monthly instalments under the terms shown at checkout. Instalments are due at the end of the month after receiving Klarna’s monthly invoice. More info (Germany and Austria only) is available on Klarna’s site.

  • Sofort Transfer: Available in Germany and Austria. Your account is charged immediately upon order.

  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany and Austria. Charged after shipment. Timing is communicated via email.
