Terms and Conditions – Giveaway “Sassa Lingerie Set”

2. Participation Period

The giveaway begins on 20 February 2026 and ends on 25 March 2026 at 11:59 PM (CET).

The relevant time for participation is the receipt of the confirmed newsletter subscription (double opt-in).

3. Participation

Participation in the giveaway takes place by subscribing to the newsletter of Sassa Mode GmbH.

After submitting the registration form, participants will receive a confirmation email as part of the so-called double opt-in procedure. Participation in the giveaway is only valid once the newsletter subscription has been confirmed via the link contained in this email.

By participating in the giveaway, the participant agrees to receive the newsletter. Newsletter registration is free of charge. Unsubscribing is possible at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 years or older who reside in Germany. Multiple registrations are not permitted.

4. Prize

The following set in the color Powder Peach will be awarded:

Lovely Secret Bra, article number 24790, available in underband sizes 75–100 and cup sizes B–F
Lovely Secret 2-Pack Slip, article number 47889, available in sizes 38–48

The prize will be shipped in the size specified by the winner, subject to availability. There is no entitlement to a specific size beyond available stock. Images of the prize may slightly differ from the actual product.

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to third parties is excluded. Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random after the end of the participation period from all eligible participants.

The winner will be notified by email using the email address provided during newsletter registration.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days after notification, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Data Protection

Within the scope of the giveaway, personal data (in particular the email address) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and for sending the newsletter in accordance with the participant’s consent.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, false information, or attempted manipulation.

9. Early Termination

The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the giveaway in whole or in part at any time without prior notice for good cause. This applies in particular in the event of technical issues or if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for legal reasons.

10. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. German law shall apply.
