Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If you have ordered multiple goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

If the delivery consists of multiple partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

If the contract is for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the first item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Within Germany, we will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
