Size Guide

Sassa is a lingerie brand focused on high-quality lingerie at a very good price-performance ratio. In our size guide, we support women in finding their correct bra and lingerie size – for optimal support, high wearing comfort, and a perfect fit in everyday life.

Why is the right bra and lingerie size so important?

The right bra and lingerie size is crucial for support, comfort, and a beautiful silhouette. A poorly fitting bra can cause pressure marks, lose support, or negatively affect the fit of clothing. With the right size, lingerie not only feels more comfortable but also supports the body optimally in everyday life. Our size guide helps to avoid wrong purchases and find lingerie that truly fits.

How to measure correctly

It is best to measure without a bra or while wearing an unpadded bra. The measuring tape should be positioned horizontally.

  • Bust measurement: measure loosely at the fullest part of your bust.
  • Underbust measurement: measure snugly directly under your bust.
  • Determine your size: use the table below.
Tip: If you are between two sizes, first try adjusting the underbust measurement. If the cup fits well, sister sizes can also be a good alternative.

Bra Size Calculator

Enter your measurements in centimeters. Measure the underbust snugly and the bust a little more loosely.

Note: If you are exactly between two sizes, also check the neighboring size and use sister sizes if needed.

How to Find Your Bra Size

Measure your underbust and bust as described above. In the table below, you can easily find your bra size.

Choose your band size
Find your measured underbust in the first column – that is your band size.

Sister Sizes

Sister sizes help when a bra size does not fit perfectly or is not available.
The band size is adjusted and the cup is changed accordingly, so that the cup volume remains roughly the same.

How to read the sister size table

If the band feels too tight or too loose, you can switch to a sister size.
You change the band size and adjust the cup letter in the opposite direction – the cup volume stays the same.

For example:
You wear 75B, but the band is too tight → 80A
You wear 75B, but the band is too loose → 70C
